However IN-SCREEN provides a timely and transparent updates as per customer's needs. Normally a case should be closed within 3-7 working days

Any personal data managed by IN-SCREEN is accessed, stored and destroyed under the strictest controls, with all data to be encrypted and comply with the local policies
